Terms and conditions for using our plastic mold manufacturing services
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mofeharega's website and manufacturing services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Mofeharega provides specialized manufacturing services including:
Quote Requests: All projects begin with a detailed quote request. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement and required deposit. We reserve the right to refuse orders that exceed our capacity or technical capabilities.
Specifications: Customers must provide accurate specifications, drawings, and requirements. Changes after production commencement may incur additional charges.
Pricing: All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Payment Schedule:
Late Payment: Overdue accounts may be charged 2% monthly interest. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Lead Times: Standard lead times are 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. Rush orders may be accommodated with additional charges.
Quality Control: All products undergo rigorous quality inspection before shipment. We maintain ISO 9001 certified manufacturing processes.
Delivery: Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and delays due to circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for order cancellation.
Product Warranty: We warrant our molds against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery date. Warranty covers material and workmanship defects under normal operating conditions.
Warranty Exclusions:
Customer Designs: Customers retain ownership of their original designs and specifications. We maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Our IP: Manufacturing processes, techniques, and improvements developed by Mofeharega remain our intellectual property.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship.
Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We are not liable for:
Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Cancellation fees may apply for work completed.
Custom Products: Custom-manufactured molds are generally non-returnable unless defective.
Return Authorization: All returns require prior written authorization and must be in original condition.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kuching, Sarawak, or Malaysian courts as applicable.
